Small Cottage for sale in East Point, Georgia

Someone sent me this Georgia cottage that’s for sale, it’s in the Fulton County area and is listed at $28,000.  I believe it’s north of Atlanta.

The listing description says that it has already been renovated.  The kitchen looks updated in the photos (low res).  It’s a 2 bedroom with 1 bath and it was built in 1940.
