Love is the ability and willingness to allow those that you care for to be what they choose for themselves, without any insistence that they satisfy you.

Tiny Log Cabin Shed

tiny-log-cabin-shed

This is the smallest log cabin that I’ve ever really seen. Of course this is most likely just a garden shed but worth looking at especially for us.

Imagine this as a tiny guest quarters… Maybe just a bed/futon and a table/desk. Hey, at least it’s bigger than this.

But anyways if I were to set it up I’d do a couch that converts to a bed or a futon. A small storage closet beside it. Then a table for eating, reading or to use as a computer desk.

See you tomorrow!

Tiny Log Cabin in Autumn

Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius—and a lot of courage—to move in the opposite direction.

In what ways can you simplify your life today?

Here are some ideas.

  1. Declutter just one small space. Don’t try to do your entire house or even an entire room. I chose to declutter my desk today.
  2. Sell or give away something that you haven’t used in a while. Go look in your closet, garage or chest for these things. Find a way to let somebody else use it.
  3. Stop worrying and start to do something about it. Whatever it is that is stressing you out in life right now, think about it for a moment. Is it something that is in your control? If not, let it go. If it is grab a blank sheet of paper and write down 20 ways in which you can start to  improve your situation.

Thanks for coming by and see you tomorrow.
